How do you get started with setting up VM Ware, converting a machine and loading it up? Here's what Maurice Barron did for us (he's the guy that actually runs the business, so I can just blog all day!). Any hints, tips or enhancements appreciated!

Good question! Windows 2003/Windows 2003 - both web edition.

I have used the converter a few times, normally before I blitz a machine, Very handy for when someone says I needed that ;) Also used it on Desktops ~Running Windows XP,
