The No Code Solution
I see that Prag Dave has been taking programming minimalism to a new level. First we get rid of static typing. Then we focus on DRY implementations. Next is the Agile mantra of "the simplest thing that could possibly work" and we end up (as described here) with a new approach to implementing wish lists!
I'm thinking this could really take off - but maybe we could go further . . . instead of programming e-commerce, we could print out all of the information about our products, add a contact number and just mail it to people. The possibilities are endless. Perhaps instead of a truly semantic web, web 3.0 will all be about paper, postage, and red crayons. Whatcha think?!
(Side note: the books are good enough that I'm willing to buy a red crayon if it'll get me some!)
