Requirements and Estimating Presentation from SoTR 09
Just got back to New York from presenting at Scotch on the Road in London. It was a great event as always and it was cool to catch up with a lot of old friends (and a few new ones)in the UK.
I gave a presentation on Requirements and Estimating, looking at different approaches to handling requirements for small configuration, medium sized customization and larger exploration projects and tips and techniques on managing risk and clients for each type of project.
As usual there was a lot more in the presentation than in the slides, but here is a copy of the deck and if there's enough interest I may do an online presentation for the Online CF meetup later this summer. What do you think?
