For anyone who still isn't 100% comfortable with the idea of domain specific languages, watch this video of Martin Fowler introducing the concept. It is less than half an hour long and gives a perfect introduction and overview of what DSLs are and why you should care.

yeah - he's really nailed a bunch of great stuff - from Dependency Injection to Language Oriented Programming. The presentation really isn't very high level, but it is just the perfect quick intro.
