Matt Woodwards Google Docs - What a GREAT Idea!

For the unlucky few that aren't at cf.objective(), Matt Woodward has come up with a great little idea that I've never seen before, but I think it could well become the default approach to live blogging . . .

You know the drill. Sitting they at the Keynote or Preso and you can't wait to get the word out to the world about the latest information (while also keeping a nice record for your future reference). You could Twitter the highlights, but you can only go so deep in 140 character chunks. So most of us just put together a post locally and towards the end of the session we post it.

Matt had the brilliant idea of just setting up a Google Doc for each session. That way every so often Google saves his changes and you can see the latest information without him having to futz with updating his postings every few minutes.

Absolutely brilliant :->

You do *not* want me to do this! My on-the-fly notes are hard enough for *me* to understand at the end of the session, much less the general public!
