Some More Thoughts on Unfuddled
Firstly, I've got to repeat that I'd like some kind of asset management location for hosting images rather than just being able to attach a file to the end of a page. I'd also REALLY like an occasionally connected model with synchronization between local and remote databases so I could work even if their servers went down and then just have some kind of merge function if there were any problems with the default optimistic locking.
I'd also really like some kind of shared chat interface - something like Campfire (and before anyone tells me, I KNOW I could use Basecamp with Campfire, but I need the svn integration and time tracking - Basecamp doesn't quite meet my needs). That way you could have a chat and easily associate it to a ticket or milestone and have a record of how the decision was come to which would pop up if searched for.
I'd also like to see some kind of interface for handling questions. A substantial part of the software development process is asking questions of clients and some kind of process for handling this (SurveyMonkey integration? I have no idea!) would be nice. I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, but if someone doesn't show me it, no doubt I'll see what I can come up with!
Overall the software seems to be working well, but I still don't feel like this is the complete solution to the problem of managing website development projects.

I have recently found some related sites. And here they are:

Still it's a pretty workable system. We also do some workarounds for an agile workflow.
