On Writing Use Cases

Just saw a nice article with some good thoughts on tightening up the way you write your use cases/user stories.

Any other tips anyone would like to share?

Thanks for the link although that really just re-iterates the theory. What I'd like to see is some decent examples of user stories from a real-life project. Even some sort of community driven fictional project where everyone writes their best efforts of a user-story (as the fictional users) and the best examples are put together as a kind of ideal world reference... or something (meandering thoughts - sorry!)

@Danny,

Thanks for the response. I just liked your entry. I've read a number of books on use cases and I just thought it was a really nice, clean summary. I think the idea of a community project for creating and sharing sample use cases is great. If you do anything on that front, let me know. If not, I'll see if I can a chance to at least post stories and see if we can get some people working together on this!

Thanks for the idea of adding the example. I reiterated it in the article comments and author added the example in the comments. Not sure if this example is perfect, though :)
