Learn how to generate 80%+ of your applications!

Would you like to learn how to generate complete applications that you can then just customize quickly and efficiently? Would you like scaffolding solid enough to use in your production deployments?

I'd love to talk about these concepts at the Frameworks conference in February, but I'll only get a chance if anyone interested votes for the topic!

Whatever happens, if you're going, vote. There are LOTS of cool topics from lots of great speakers. I certainly had a hard time picking my favorite 10!

I didn't even know about this conference until I read this entry, but I voted for you.

Now the big question is whether I can make the time to attend. I haven't used a formalized framework for years, but many of the topics look really interesting (your included).

Know what you mean. I have to go back to Scotland in January, but I'm going to make time for this conference whether I'm speaking or not. The MDA topic is interesting (he's in the September or October CFDJ), I'd like to see how others are doing cfc UI controls (I seem to remember you also wrote about this a while back) and there are all of the favorites from Hal to Doug, Joe, Rob, Matt and Pete. I was actually most interested in some of the titles from John Paul Ashenfelter - I think I voted for three of his topics! Simeons topic on Cairngorm looks pretty cool as well!

Peter,

Can you make cfObjective in May?

@Tony - Thanks man. Figured if I didn't ask I wouldn't get!

@Sami - Wouldn't miss it for the world :->

Any chance you're going to record this? I've been doing some experimentation on stuff like this recently as well. I'm more interested in synthesis than generation, but where generation works well, I'm all about it. I've used bits and pieces of these ideas for just about as long as I've used CF, but now I'm trying to "codify" it into completely reusable library. Anything to make our lives easier, right?

Anyway, I doubt I'll make the conference, so if you're going to record the talk (or, record a different version of it), I'd certainly love to know about it.
